It was another warm one at the Grill. A storm had passed through earlier cooling the temps down somewhat but leaving it muggy. Nonetheless, seven PAX posted for a tabata beatdown even though Myra disparaged it in the GroupMe chatter prior to the workout. Afterward all agreed we had a good workout as we were dripping in sweat.
