Six PAX posted to a spectacularly beautiful Spring afternoon workout at the Grill.  Brilliant blue skies and abundant sunshine…no gloom for this workout!

Warm-a-rama: SSH, Abe Vigoda, Side Leg Raise, Imperial Walkers, Plank with Arm Raise, Plank with Leg Raise, Calf Stretch

Mosey to the bottom of Franklin Street for our first “hill”.

Wind Sprints up the street past the basketball court and mosey back to the bottom,  Three rounds.  We were joined by a miniature schnauzer for the first round but she didn’t qualify to join F3 based on gender and species.

Mosey across the field to the baseball dugouts.

Second “hill”:

Elevens — 1 Merkin at bottom of the steep embankment, run to the top for 10 Squats and then back down.  Ladder to 10 Merkins: 1 Squat.  The hill wasn’t long but steep and we got fairly winded by the end.

15 Dips (IC) in the dugouts; we would have done step ups as well but everyone would have smacked their heads on the concrete roof except, perhaps YHC (there are pros and cons to being short).

Third “hill”:

Tooth Fairy — we did Merkins/plank hops up the stairs.  At the top, the guys told me that Potsie had them doing Merkins down the stairs last week with onlookers cheering them on.  Of course, I had to experience this myself so we descended the stairs via Derkins.  However, since we weren’t by the stairs at the playground we didn’t have the crowd of onlookers.

Forest to Sea — Bear Crawl/Crab walk ~ 30 yards

Mary: Dealer’s Choice — In/Outs, Flutter Kicks, Six Inches, Box Cutters and Box Cutters in Reverse, American Hammers, LBCs

COT: Prayers for Ditto’s granddaughter, Wilson’s 2.0, Klinger’s 2.0 and his father
