2 for the ruck, and 2 for the run. Normally we aim for a steady, strong mosey and then gear down a bit for the hills. This morning Biscuit and I did the opposite: in the rolling backroads of Macung, we took it easy – then turned it up a notch on the 3 hills of our route. It’s a powerful interval of sorts, definitely the harder thing.
