It was great to see Sheldon back at the Grill this morning! 5 PAX posted for probably the last “shorts-weather” workout of the year with very mild temps following the soaking from Nicole.
We were slow getting going with the warmup while Myra gave us bad visuals of examples of harassment from the Pink Panther. This was precipitated by his planned harassment of Sheldon to post to the workout. We advised Sheldon to report any future harassment to the F3 office of human resources. Myra also reportedly harassed Slim Shady but he was probably offended and didn’t show up. I may have to contact our Nantan to have a talk with Myra about the difference between harassment and an Emotional Headlock (i.e., “EH). Actually it is probably not dissimilar.
Warm-a-rama: Arm Circles, Trunk Rolls, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Side Lunges, Abe Vigoda, BSE, Calf Stretch, Mountain Climbers
The Thang
Four Corners: run to each corner of the park and complete the following:
- 10 Squats
- 10 Merkins
- 10 LBCs (we discovered the pavement was still very wet from the rain last night!)
- 10 Lunges
- 5 Burpees
Mosey to the Pavilion
5-10-15: 5, 10 and 15 reps IC of the following:
- Dips
- Incline Merkins
- Step Ups
In turn each PAX ran out and back ~ 50 yards while the rest did the following:
- Flutter Kicks
- Merkins
- Monkey Humpers
- American Hammers
- Crab Cakes
Bear Crawl ~ 20 yards and then Crawl Bear back
Mosey to the bandstand
- BTTW 10 count each
- Wall Sit 15 count each
