Yesterday’s grand gathering at the Manniversary was, for me, uplifting in that despite the constant muckracking from the news and social media, there are men around us committed to the DRP. It is up to us to be the leaders in our families, jobs community, putting our thoughts to action – here’s the Hands and Feet workout:
Conditions: 70°, calm, humid. Risks accepted and we got to it.
Warm up: 8 minutes of the regular suspects, then Mosey to the Walnut Street park entrance.
Thang A: Bearcrawl 520ft (1/10th of a mile) to the gazebo. This is simple but not easy, most all if us stopped along the way to recoup.
B: Mosey to pavilion for step-ups (20 per leg), merkins, crunchy frogs
C: Mosey around the circle to North gate at Lehigh Street for 10 burpees (oyo), breakdance merkins, crunchy frogs
D: Mosey back to the circle for Motivators from 6
Mosey back to the flag for 5 minutes of dealers coice Mary
