the thang: mosied to the basketball court for Karaoke, dips (25) and down and back bear crawls with half court Bonnie Blairs (10IC) and full court squat jumps(10SC). Then down and back lunges with half court shoulder taps(10IC) and full court monkey humpers(10IC). We ran backwards the full width of the courts then switched to Karaoke the length and finished with a sprint back. Then we mosied to the benches for step ups (25 each leg). Next was at the swings for 10 sets of 10 underdogs 10 pushups and 10 squats. We mosied to couponville for curls 2×25, swan dive stretch for recovery, thrusters 10, and a down and back burden carry the length of the parking lot.
We finished off Mary with J-los, box cutters and wife pleasers.
