Moseyed to the Playground for The Thang- Slow Pain for Maximum Gain, Held a plank until the six

Merkins- any style- 10 reps, 5 second down, 5 seconds up, count 1/1000 etc.

Lunges- 10 per leg, holding each position 5 seconds,

Pickle Pushers, 10 count each PAX

World’s Greatest stretch- 10-second hold at each position, PAX count 1/1000 etc.

WW Is- 10 reps, 5 second down, 5 seconds up, count 1/1000 etc.

Squats – 10 reps- 5 second down, 5 seconds up, count 1/1000 etc. PAX.

Dips- 10 reps, 5 second down, 5 seconds up, count 1/1000 etc.

Underdogs- 10 reps, 5 second down, 5 seconds up, count 1/1000 etc.

 

Moseyed to Shovel Flag- Round of Mary included: Imperial Walkers, then ran out of time
