4 gathered in the gloom at the Trojan for a beatdown based on setting goals for 22.Disclaimer given and accepted.My standard warmup ending with some motivators to get us moving.The Thang:We did exercises starting with the letters in Goals.Each pax was instructed to think of a goal or goals for 22 to write down at the end of the workout.For G we did Griffs,gas pumpers,quantonomos,gorilla humpers.For O we did overhead claps,oblique crunches.For A we did American hammers,arm circles,Abe Vigpdas,Australian snow angels.For L we did lunge walk,low plank,low slow squats,lbcs.For S we did squat jumps,shoulder taps,sshs,sprints.Except for the Griff and sprints we did 22 reps of each exercise.We did not quite two rounds,then mary and COT.We each wrote our goals and I believe it was a productive morning.THx gents for coming along for the ride.
