- HIIT intervals: 45 sec on-15 sec recovery
- 1 pax doing the exercise listed below while other 2 used the ‘coupons’. At the end of the 45 sec interval we ‘passed left’ & continued ’til ALL 3 of us had done the listed exercise. Then, on to the next 1 on the list:
