Started off with some simple stretching and warmups. Slow Mosey to the Baseball diamonds for some 7s. Started with 7 blockies at home plate then 7 big boys at right field center field and left field back to home for 14 overhead presses back to the outfield for 14 Merkins at each corner. Home plate again for 21 mor reps with our coupons and outfield again. Continued this till 28 reps then started back down. Completed six rounds finishing up with 7 more Blockies at home plate.
