First round of 11’s: Burpees and Big Boy situps
An “11” consists of two exersises back to back for 10 sets. Each set the total rep count will add up to 11. Start with exersise A for 1 rep, followed by exersise B for 10 reps. Set two: A = 2 reps, B = 9 reps. Set three: A = 3, B = 8. Proceed for all 10 rounds.
Mosey to the baseball dougouts for 2nd set of 11’s: Incline (or decline, if desired) merkins, Jump squats
Mosey to the playground swings for 3rd set of 11’s: underdogs, Merkins
Low key round of farmer boy pullups before heading back to the band stand for 10 minutes of Mary. Ended with COT.
