A few of the guys started an early bird special run at 5:30 a.m.. At 6:00 a.m. Biscuit started Q school. It was dreary and foggy at the beginning but turned out to be a beautiful day for the fish by the fire. Biscuits Q School was very educational and knowledgeable and organized.

Mosey to first station.
Then Dr Seuss took over and lead us to the Sandy volleyball court for….
3 sets of 10 reps each partner. Exercises included: thrusters, block pull through, WWIII, and staggered Merkins.
Downsize then Started with the 21 Burbee Salute Obstacle Course, in teams: Hills, walls, fences, and more hills with 3 burbees between each. We teamed up in groups of 5 for it.
Sooner then took us on a journey up the hills for some a killer leg experience featuring Squats, Bonnie Blairs , lunges, with Bear Crawls in between; Then had us doing Sprints and other leg exercises.
Drop Box ( yours truly) and Long haul finished with Core Work for Mary. All this whole Abacus and Pax held onto the Log of Fame commemorating Abacus’ 50th workout. We then finished the naming the New FNG ( Guppy), Countoramma, NameOramma and COT. Followed by a Great Coffateria including Fish sandwiches, and good treats. A really Good Message from Neon and praise and worship from Mani. I am honored to be a part of this F3 group.
