Warm-a-roma: Mosey across the park: neck rolls, arm circles, over-head side stretch, toy soldiers. Plank position: BSE, mountain climbers, calf stretch, cobra.
The Thang:

- Escalators, travel exercises between each side:
- 10 reps: Wide Merkins
- Travel: 20 total lunge walks, mosey the rest
- 10: Wide Merkins, 15 Big Boys
- Travel: 20 Lunge walks, mosey the rest
- 10 wide merkins, 15 bigboys, 20 ranger merkins
- Travel: same
- 10 wide merkins, 15 bigboys, 20 ranger merkins, 25 supermans

- Penguin crunches, Crabcakes, Parker Peters, LBC, in-and-outs, flutter kicks

Farmer Boy Pullups: Hold at top for 5 seconds. 5 reps each. Other PAX rotating dips and step-ups. 3 sets
Finish up with count off and naming our FNG, a LOTR fan. That was easy.
