The Thang

mosey around barn for a hay bale workout: 15 V- ups in cadence, backward run up barn bridge, 10 dirkens in cadence, bear crawl down barn bridge, 15 lbc’s in cadence, broad jump up barn bridge, 10 wide merkins in cadence, back ward bear crawl down, roll the bale competition (2 each per bake) – Potsie and bed bug Win big time- they are beasts!

Fence post workout: 15  curls and overhead lift in cadence, run around trees, 15 more curl and overhead lift in cadence

Bricks/orchard run/jacobs latter: everyone crabs two bricks, run 300 yards to bottom of steep hill in orchard, 15 dips, 10 Mike Tyson V-ups, 15 squats all in cadence with bricks

jacobs latter: sprint up hill (approx 50 yards) 1 burpee, mosey down hill 5 burpes then follow through with the 1 and 5 to completion

repeat brick workout, mosey back to barn for fielders choice merry, sharing and prayers

Finish evening around the camp fire, roasting hot dogs, s’mores, food and good conversation on a beautiful fall evening
