5 pax gathered on this beautiful morning,last day of day light savings time for this beatdown.Started with warm-up which featured Dr. Joe’s Nitric oxide dump exercises to lower BP,also motivators run in reverse 1 through 5,in honor of turning the clocks backwards.Next,the Thang:short warmup run to get moving .Next,4 corners using the deck of doom.The deck was divided into the 4 suites and each pax led at one corner all 4 suites.We ran backwards between corners (nur) and did the corners counter clockwise.We did cardio between each set of 4 completed.Sprint,side shuffle.After the 4 corners we ran to the pavilion and did step ups,derkins,irkens,dips.Tben back to the flag for a round of Mary.There were some facts about day light savings time and jokes along the way.Then COT.Thx for letting me lead ,well done men, always a privilege!LH
