The Thang:
F3 flavored ultimate frisbee. The twist, every time the frisbee drops (not counting a kick-off) all PAX will do 3 mericans. Every touchdown scored will result in 5 burpees for all PAX.
The Q set-up the 2 squares before the beatdown. We moseyed our way over to the field of play. Teams were divided with two team captains. Long Haul and Dr Luck chose the sides.
It started off a little shaky. LOTS and LOTS of mericans. After a little while, but felt like forever, the teams got a handle on the strategy and upward of 35 burpees were performed.
All had fun and broke a sweat.
