Set 1 (six minutes, alternate between the two groups):
- Group 1: 10 Merkins, 10 Step Ups each leg, 10 In/Outs
- Group 2: 5 Blockees

- Group 2: 10 -15 Curls with a block

- Group 2: 10-15 Overhead Press with a block

- 10 Miracle Merkins (5 count in down position and 5-count in up position)
