It was a balmy 20F and there were 5 PAX to either ruck or run. Hot Shot warmed everybody up with some grass pickers, Abe Vigodas, Casey Casums, trunk rolls, Huggy Bears, and a few other warm-up exercises that didn’t include putting hands or butts on the frozen tundra! Three PAX took a 0.2 turn around Mill Creek Road to Willow Road and back to the shovel flag, while two PAX moseyed out to Route 100 and back. We ended in a COT where praises were lifted up for Iacocca and for Hot Shot’s healing, and prayers were sent up for PAX and their families who are battling relationship challenges, COVID, and or other health related concerns. We also prayed for healing within our community and country.
