Three HIMs braved the balmy 69-degree morning at Willow. We had a light warm-up of huggy bears, trunk rolls, grass pickers lunges, and arm circles before Downsize & Heisenberg took off on a 3 3/4 mile run and Hot Shot did his standard 2+ mile ruck. We ended with a COT and a challenge for the HIMs to reach out to other F3 brethren to encourage them to join us in the upcoming beatdowns.
