the thang: we mosied to the pavilion for dead hangs and side to side shuffle hangs then mosied to the field for the rest of the workout. A distance of 50ft was marked off for MOT with exercises interspersed. First was Bears & Blocks down 10 OYO diamond merkins then Murder Bunnies back. The exercises included 10 coupon deadlifts, 10 goblet squats, 10 calf raises, 30 curls, 10 shoulder presses, and 20 v-ups. Second round was burden carry of choice down 10 blockees and burden carry of choice back. Repeated exercises again then finished with 10 count each plank.
We finished off with Mary at the flag with dead bug, box cutters, scissors and BBS.
Countarama and Namearama followed by announcements and COT.
