Although the FNGs from last week were unable to join us this week, Myra was already busy EH’ing and encouraged another FNG to join us this week, albeit, a naked post.  Hoping this trend of an FNG or two continues each week in 2022!

Warm-a-rama: Mosey down the street, Arm Circles, Grass Picker, Toy Soldiers, Side Lunges, Slow to fast Mountain Climbers, Calf stretch; Alternating Side Plank

Mosey to the playground.  Leadership was discussed along the way, along with the first foundational principle from the QSource — Disruption.

Influence is the essence of leadership.  We cause disruption when we overcome inertia and influence movement to an advantage.

The Thang:

Rampage – mosey to bottom of hill; 10 Carolina Dry Docks, Bear Crawl up hill, 10 Bobby Hurleys; Crawl Bear down.  Repeat but this time Crawl Bear up the hill and Bear Crawl down.

Pull ups AMRAP

Suicides; start from plank; do 1 hand release Merkin; sprint ~ 30 yards and back; then ~ 15 yards and back.  Repeat 3X
