Nice warm up with neck rolls, Abe Bogota‘s, planks, to mountain climbers to Murkins. Mosey around parking lot three times. Then to the dice of doom. First dice is upper body workout, second dice is ab work out, third dice is mode of transportation back to the first dice. All men line up in a line and do work out rolled on all three dice. If you are next to a bucket full of rocks you take this with you from beginning to end.
