Warm-a-rama: mosey to the end of the street to “death valley” for SSH, Imperial Walkers, Abe Vigoda, Grass Pickers, BSE, and…other stuff. At this point I got a call from a potential FNG which I took and the PAX continued on without me.

Deconstructed Burpees: 10 reps each of Squats, Leg Thrusts, Merkins, Leg Thrust and jump back up then ladder down by one rep each set until we complete one perfect Burpee.
Captain Thor: we had to repeat this one from Saturday since we did that on a hill which made it too easy. This time we went from 1 Big Boy:4 American Hammers to 10 Big Boys:40 American Hammers. Yup that was much more difficult.

The Worst Merkin Ever: Wide arm to regular to diamond Merkin to regular to wide arm in continual movement for ~ 10 complete worst merkin ever
