The Thang: with two 15 or 25 lb. dumbbells. curls, reverse lung curls, squats, thrusters, dead lifts, rows and deadlift rows.

Mary:  American hammers and big boys with weights.  WGS, sitting pigeon, reclining pigeon, bird dog, downward dog, inchworm, and cobra.
