This was Long Hauls last beatdown as Trojan site Q and Biscuit takes over from here.It was a Co Q.Biscuit did the warm-up and Long Haul the beatdown.We did 4 corner blimps, burpees, lunges, imperial walkers, merkins, planks, squats.We did High knees,butt kickers,side shuffles across the parking lot.Next we moseyed up to the road and then back to the BB COURT.On the court we did 2 rounds of core exercises at the corners and bear crawl,crab walk,jog and skip between corners This left time for a round of Mary.Thx for your support men,LH
