It turned out to be a fine evening after a mercurial day. Seven PAX posted for a conveyor belt workout.
Warm-a-rama: mosey to the end of the street for Trunk Rolls, Abe Vigoda, Toy Soldiers, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, BSE, Mountain Climbers
Mosey back to the parking lot to retrieve coupons from my truck.
The Thang — Conveyor Belt: a station was set up every third parking space for a total of 7 stations. Each PAX started at a station and when finished with the prescribed reps of the first exercise, he Bear Crawled to the next station. Once he reached the end he ran to the beginning to continue by completing the second exercise. Two sets or a total of four rounds were completed:
- 20 Goblet Squats/ 20 Kettlebell Swings
- 20 Arm Curls/ 20 Side Rows
- 10 Manmakers/ 20 Skull Crushers
- 20 Merkins of any variation
- Lateral Raises/ Front Raises
- Jump Rope
- 20 American Hammers
