Part One: HIIT routine.

AMRAP.  Thirty seconds of exercise, ten seconds of rest, then rinse and repeat.

SSHs; Wall- sit; Merkins; Crunches; Step-ups; Squats; Dips; Plank; High knees; Alternating lunges; Merkins with rotations; Side planks for 15 seconds on each side.

Part Two: Modified Mike Murphy.

Merkins, IC x 15; BBS, SC x 30; Squats, SC x 30.

Decline Merkins, IC x 15; LBCs, IC x 20; Step-Ups, IC x 40.

Dips, IC x 30; Box-cutters, IC x 30; Lunges, IC x 20.

Burpees x 10.

Stretching.
