It was a pleasantly cool morning at the Grill. Nine PAX including an FNG posted for a conveyor belt circuit workout. Our FNG has been anticipated for the past few weeks and showed up as promised after just moving into Hamburg.

12 Stations; 50 Seconds at each station with 10 Seconds to move to the next station:
- Kettlebell Swings
- Merkins
- Side Rows with Kettlebell
- Squats
- Arm Curls with dumb bells
- Battle Rope
- American Hammer
- Plank
- Jump Rope
- Forward/Lateral Arm Raise with Dumb bells
- Lunges
- Manmaker with bricks
Catch Me if You Can: partner up; P1 does 5 Burpees with P2 Nurs; P1 sprints to catch up and Flap Jack; we ran an ~ 100 yard lap
Repeat the Circuits as noted above
