- Squat to Overhead Press with 25-pound weight
Recovery lap along river trail and around the tennis courts

- Skull Crusher with dumbbells
- Arm Curls with kettlebell
- Bulgarian Ball Busters
- Kettlebell Swing
- Alternating Side Plank with Hip Drop
- Standing Press with 25-pound weight

- Pullups
