A beautiful afternoon for a workout, albeit rather warmer than we’ve been accustomed to. Ringworm recently provided the AO with a set of F3-stenciled cinderblocks and YHC was itching to make use of them.

The Thang
Each PAX retrieved a cinder block from behind the bandstand.
- Lunge Walk ~ 30 yards with cinderblock overhead
- Colt 45: 15 arm curls from bottom to half way, 15 from half way to top, and 15 full arm curls
- Block Webs: 1 Merkin: 1 Overhead press with cinderblock up to 10 Merkins: 10 Presses
- 10 Goblet Squats
- 10 Heavy Freddies (IC)
- 10 Blockees (Burpees with a cinderblock)
Recovery from coupons — Mosey to side of soccer field for Quadraphilia — NUR up embankment and run back down for ~ 2 minutes
Mosey back to the blocks for more punishment
Dealer’s Choice — options included Skull Crushers (this could easily have been literal), American Hammers with a block, In/Outs on the block, Dips on the block (harder than on a picnic bench), and a few other exercises I can’t recall (my brain started to shut down as my muscles were screaming for all of the blood supply…)
We ended with a rifle carry or side carry across the street to the shovel flag for a photo op.
COT: Men’s conference this Saturday, Fire at Potsie’s house next Monday evening, Triathlon the following Saturday (May 11th). Prayers for Beaker as he and his M plan a move to Ohio.
