The Thang:
Each man gets two coupons, luggage carry
get one coupon and work obliques, switch hands
Shoulder press
One armed shoulder press, switch hands
One legged stands on block (modify as needed), switch legs
Hop on coupon with one foot, switch legs
block squats
One handed planks on block, lift opposing hand
push ups on block
staggered push ups
blockees
Overhead press with side lunge
bent over rows, switch arms
coupons on shelf. switch hands- gets obliques
in and outs on coupon
Biceps
one handed biceps- this didn’t go too well so we did negative biceps with coupon
Lesson on developing good habits. Establishing a good habit is like laying a brick at a time. People often quit a good habit because they don’t see any change. One man lays one coupon at a time while PAX stays in plank until all the coupons are stacked.
