04/20/2024 - Grill - Change of Scenery

With having the men’s breakfast at the Bridge Church at 8, we decided to hold the workout there to try to recruit and display what we do prior to the breakfast. We had three pax show up for the start and two more found us on our mosey.

Warm-up-

Mosey over to the old Kaercher Creek parking lot for some warm-up exercises. That consisted of arm circles, hip rotations, abe vigodas, imperial walkers, the greatest stretch ever, and calf stretches

Then Karaoke (both directions) the length of the parking lot (about 30 yards), side steps (both directions), run backwards, high knees, and butt kicks.

Mosey back to church parking lot.

The Thang- Coupon work with our brand new coupons (cinder blocks). Each exercise consisted of two sets with a 20 second plank hold in-between and after each set. Exercises included, curls, bent over rows, bench press, overhead press, inclined pushups. The end exercise was a modified burpee with the coupons that included an overhead press.

Finished with two rounds of mary.
