Warm-up.
The Thang:
Goal was three chains of exercises, each one working two rounds each of Arms, Abs, Legs; each chain ended with a round of Burpees. Didn’t get all the way through it before time ran out.
So, First chain: Merkins, American Hammers, Squats/ Pull Ups, High Plank, Lunges, Burpees.
Second chain: Diamond Merkins, LBCs, Bulgarian Split Squats/ Pull Ups, Commandos, Burpees with shoulder taps.
Third chain: Decline Merkins, Big Boy Sit Ups, Elevator Squats, Burpees with alternating legs raised during push up. Next time we’ll try for both legs elevated during push up.
