Warm up: neck rolls, trunk rolls, small arm circles, large arm circles, squats, Imperial Walkers, mountain climbers, merkins, SSH.

Mosey to the Stop sign on the road and back to pavilion.

Merkins IC to 10; LBCs IC to 15; Squats to 20.

Decline Merkins IC to 10; BBSU to 15; Split Squats to 10 for each leg.

Diamond Merkins IC to 10; American Hammers IC to 15; Elevators IC to 20.

Mosey from pavilion to playground.  Go up the ladder and down the slide–just for fun.

Pull ups, OYO without assistance bands to personal best.  (All of us thinking about Mariel Hemingway no doubt.)  High plank, count around to 5; Step-ups to 10 for each leg.

Plyometric merkins to 5.  (Doing this exercise in the sawdust was completely stupid on my part.)  Low plank, count around to 10; alternating side squats IC to 10.

Back to the pavilion for Mary.
