The Thang:
Mosey to the coupons- Long way for the runs, short way for the 0.0s
Thang 1- Capone Slide. Big group of PAX so we split into two teams on 7 each. Each team had 1 Coupon. Each team lined up shoulder to shoulder in the high plank position. The game is the Coupon starts at one end of the line and will be passed down from PAX to PAX by sliding it on the ground and reaching across and pulling it. Once the coupon gets to the last PAX in the line the whole team does 1 merican. Then the coupon will “slide” it’s way back up the line. It was a race to 10 mericas.
Thang 2- Harley Quinn. Harley Quinn is a character in the DC Comic universe. She is part of the “suicide squad”. This Thang is a derivative of suicides on the basketball court. The Q laid cones every 10 yards on the football field. The PAX lined at one goal line. The PAX performed a suicide similar to the basketball court. One twist, the PAX performed one of two different exercises at each cone. The rep were determined by the yardage marker.

The first circuits the PAX would hold high plank for the six. The last two circuits we did a race to finish. Recovering till the six.
Thang 3. Rinse and Repeat the Capone Slide again. The PAX were much more quiet and opinions no longer were express.
Thang 4. Vicious Circle- Mosey to the baseball field. Before getting on the field we need to soften up our hammies alittle in preparation for the vicious part of the circle. The PAX sat in the peoples chair for a 5 count of each PAX, than the people chair while throwing straight punches for a 5 count of each PAX, than the peoples chair while throwing hooks for a 5 count of each PAX, and than the people chair while throwing upper cuts for a 5 count of each PAX.
The hammies were really burning, so onto the vicious circle. The PAX lined up in a single file. The PAX ran around the bases. The last 3 PAX would peel out of the line, run to the pitchers mound, and do 10 squats. Once the squats are done the run to the front of the; at which time 3 more PAX would peel off. We did this until time was up.
Thang 5- Accountability- A PAX was last to the 6:30 start time, so a final of circle burpees were required for accountabilities sake. 14 Burpees.
