We did three rounds of 30 second hang from bar, 30 dips, 15 underdogs, 20 step ups. Mosey to the Pavilion for bench walks, balls to the wall, in and outs. 1/4 mile mosey lap, mosey to BB courts for blimps, bear crawl, lunge walk, high knees, butt kickers. Round of Mary, COT.
