There is a guy by the name of Max Edward who developed a program centered around Burpees and a variation of the Burpie called a Navy Seal. He stresses 20 minutes a day for 4 days. (s0 80 minutes a week). We tried his workout today.

The Thang: 20 minutes of Navy Seals in a HIIT. We did Navy Seals 4 rounds for 30 sec with 15 sec rest and a 30 sec rest between 5 Cycles of these with tunes blasting.
