The Thang:
Burpee Hill: 10 burpees and 3 star jumps at the bottom of the hill followed by a mosey up the hill. Those who arrived at the top first performed squats until the rest of the PAX arrived. 9 burpees and 3 start jumps at the top of the hill followed by a mosey down the hill. Continued until 0 burpees.

Curls for the girls: 25, 20, 15. Squats: 15, 20, 25. Bench: 40, 35, 30. Clean and Press 15, 10, 5.
Friendly Pull/Push competition: Pax split up into two groups. One group of two. One group of three. The group of three performed 40 pull-ups and 150 merkins total in rotating fashion. In other words, one PAX did pull-ups and if he stopped at 10 pullups, the next man up from his team started at pull up 11. The group of two performed 30 pull-ups and 100 merkins total in rotating fashion. The group of three finished first and were the champions.
