The Thang:
One man does a Man on Bucket exercise for 20 reps with bucket while the others Rest of the Guys workout. I brought 5 x 10 lb. weights so the bucket man can pick the weight appropriate for him. We did One minute intervals on a timer for a bit, but decided the Bucket Man should do 20 reps as our timer. After 20 reps, we switch the Man on Bucket in alternating fashion.
Man on Bucket:
1st round: Shoulder shrugs
2nd round: Curls
3rd round: Overhead press
