10 exercises performed for 50 seconds with a 10 second transition to the next exercise:
- Lunges
- MakTar N’Diayes
- 180-Degree Jumps
- Freddie Mercury
- Merkins
- SSH
- Dips
- Plank
- Flutter Kicks
- Burpees
We had a ~ 3 minute rest and then repeated the same routine but in reverse order. The sweat was dripping off our eyeballs during the plank
