The Thang: Broga. Included – groin stretch, WGS, downward dog, cobra dive bombers, sciatica stretch, hurdlers stretch, glute bridge, one-legged glute bridge with arm fly. Pigeon poses, warrior 1, 2 and 3, bird dog, half-superman, scorpion, speak into the microphone, and day at the beach.
