In anticipation of my 66th birthday on Saturday 5 other pax joined me on a balmy, breezy morning at the Pond.

Our theme was based on achieving 66 reps of various exercises: Burpees, merkins, motivators, monkey-humpers, flutter kicks,
tin-soldiers, American hammers. Each pax was assigned 2 exercises & we mixed & matched until the magic number was achieved.
Lots of banter amidst the steady exertion of the range of exercises.
