It was a beautiful afternoon but the wind was wild! I was reviewing the backblasts and saw Long Haul’s workout from this past week on a tribute to Treehugger. I figured if it was Treehugger approved it had to be good so I adapted it for the Grill.
Warm-a-rama: mosey to “Death Valley” for Trunk Rolls, Imperial Walkers, Abe Vigoda, Toy Soldiers, Plank Jacks, and Peter Parkers
Mosey back to the pavilion by the parking area
The Thang
- 5 Broad Jump Burpees
- 10 Merkins (IC)
- 10 Ab exercise IC (V-up, In/out, Flutter Kicks, Reverse Crunch)
- 10 Step ups each leg IC
- 10 Dips IC
- Run a lap either around the tennis court or down the street and up the trail along the river
Repeat 5 times
