Warm-a-rama: mosey to “Death Valley” for the usual warmup routine as well as Motivators from 7 to 1
Mosey back to the shovel flag and each PAX retrieve a cinder block stacked behind the bandstand.

- 10 Lunge walk (IC) with a block held overhead
- 10 Crossover Merkins on the Block (each side)
- Colt 45: 15 lower half arm curl, 15 upper half arm curl, 15 full arm curl

- 10 Flutter Kicks
- 10 Shoulder Press
- 10 Dips
- 10 Irkins
