The Thang. Had to adapt on the fly. Old laundry injury in my back started acting up and I knew that I couldn’t get through the beat down I had planned. Went to my Low Intensity Beatdown. Didn’t have the sheet with me, so I had to remember it as best I could. Also makes it hard to reconstruct exactly what we did.
Warm-o-rama: neck rolls, trunk rolls, Huggy Bears, Abe Vigodas, Shoulder taps, Parker Peters, Toy soldiers, Grass pickers, Merkins, Mountain climbers.
The Thang: sets of squats, Merkins, high plank, low plank, LBCs, BBSUs, Freddy Mercurys, Box cutters, Scissor kicks, Flutter kicks, American Hammers, all broken up by Lunge walks, skipping, and moseying. Rinse and repeat until quitting time. Not a great beat down, but the PAX were supportive and I was able to walk to my car at the end.
