The Thang: Started with the Beast. 6 stops along the football field, 3 down and 3 back. 6 reps at each stop done for 6 exercises. The Exercises – 1. Merkins 2. Big Boy Sit Ups 3. Squats 4. Carolina Dry Docks 5. Leg Raise Heels to Heaven 6. Burpees. 36 Reps each.
We then grabbed our cinder block coupons and headed to a pavilion to pay respect the all the moms in our lives by spelling out MOTHER with exercises.
