Full sprint down and mosey back.while partner does mountain climbers.
Plank in parking area till 6.
Emperial walkers to tune of baba o Reilly 6 minutes
THANG 2:
1. run a lap around the parking lot.
2. Moseyed to the sound stage for a 30 count of squats then ran backwards (nured ) up the hill
3. Back to the sound stage for. People’s chair 15 count each Pax
4. Then Balls to the wall. (BTTW) For a 5 count each.
Ran back to the shovel flag for 6 minutes of Mary.
