1.10 times up and down the steps

2.zigzag around the cones.
3.20 side straddle hops.
4.10 merkins

5. lung from 1 cone to the next

6. 10 squats with 5 gallon buckets of dirt

7. choice of exercise and reps

repeat as needed.
