The Thang “

We Tackled three parts of the Body. Legs, Chest and Abs.

LEGS: Squats/ Lunges/Calf Raises/ Monkey Humpers/ Wall Sits & Al Gores.

CHEST: Merkins/ Diamond Merkins/ Wide Arm Merkins/ Dips/ Carolina Dry Docks/ Derkins.

ABS: Plank ( 1.6 minutes) / LBCs/ Freddy Mercurys/ American Hammers/ V-Ups / Gas Pumpers

Moseyed 1 mile back to the Shovel Flag, did 10 Burpee’s OYO, Motivators starting at 5 Then did some stretches until the end.

Finished with CountOramma, NameOramma and COT.  Great mumble chatter and Q-Source @ Coffateria afterwards.
