A dark cold pre-Thanksgiving beatdown at The Grill. Mic decided it was too cold for any running tonight.
The three of us went up to the band stand for a circuit workout.
Workout concept: 20 reps of an ab exercise, followed by 20 reps of a leg exercise. numerous different variations.
Switch in some shoulder workout’s as well, then move onto a few rounds of band-stand sprints mixed in with merkins.
